The weather is getting warmer.. now is a great time to have your roof inspected for repair. Best time is now before the solar UV radiation is higher, and the roof is subjected to high heat and to thermal shock due to sudden cooling during summer rains.
Summer Maintenance Tip - Check for any signs of damage – Walk around your house and look at your roof for any sags, missing shingles. Inside your home, look for signs of water seepage such as bubbling paint, stains on your ceiling, or moldy ceilings. These may be signs that it’s time to get your roof repaired or to get a new roof.

Summer Maintenance Tip - Gutters and debris – The warm weather makes it an ideal time to clean out any gutter debris. Check that all the gutters and valleys are cleared of any leaf debris or deposits. After any storms, check to make sure the gutters continue to flow properly.
