Ordered flowers for Valentines Day on February 10th for Delivery in Thorndale on February 14th . Flowers were never delivered and NO ONE APOLOGIZED to me but said they could send the flowers to me on the 15th or by 8:30 P.M. that night when the idea of Valentines flowers is to enjoy them on that day not the next day . I had to call this store 3 times the next day to get my refund and when asked why I had to call them to get my refund I was told they were very busy . So I assume they don't care that they ruined mine and my wife's Valentine day and we did NOT matter . I chose this place because of the reviews I read and I assume bad reviews must be removed ...I will stick to GAMMAGE FLOWERS...

More than just a flower shop!. I went in to buy some flowers and had a huge selection of great gift ideas you don't see in other stores. The arrangement they made was awesome and I did buy some chocolate and a keepsake while I was there. Great shop go there first

My sister Helen Hudson from Guelph on ordered flowers from lovebird (Lisa owner) in london on to send a xmas arrangement to her mother in law who received the order and just was amazed at the arrangement and fullness...Helen does not have a computer to right this review herself and asked me to do it for her- she took my advise where to order from in London and was very pleased- you will not be disappointed

I just Love Lisa's (owner) flower store (Lovebird) and her true care and concern for her customers being content and happy with their purchases... just ordered 2 orders for delivery and the orders received were very happy with the arrangements- trust you will be happy too

When I want or need to get flowers for an occasion I head to Lovebirds. They LISTEN to what I want/need and produce beautiful arrangements!!! I especially like how Lisa remembers my name...that's a rare thing these days. I can get something for whatever price I can afford! BONUS! Thanks Lisa!
