  • Place the goat cheese, garlic and oregano into a food processor.
  • Puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  • Roll the caps in the beaten egg and then into the ground almonds. Repeat this process.
  • Fry the mushrooms in hot fat until crispy.
  • Drain on a paper towel and serve immediately. Enjoy. You are worth it!
