THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 TO LANDLORDS
The province of Ontario has ordered the mandatory closure of all non-essential workplaces effective March 24th, 2020.
Legal services are considered essential services and we remain available for you. The unfortunate part is the legal outcomes are severely restricted.
The Landlord and Tenant Board closed it's counters for service on March 16, 2020. We can process your applications but you may not get a hearing date till future notice.

The Sheriff cannot enforce eviction orders. The Chief of Justice of Ontario has ordered that eviction not be enforced by the sheriff.
Landlords always had a difficult time in the residential sector. Now with the Covid-19 it is even more difficult. Call for assistance at 519-433-0466

With many people staying home the roads are empty. It seems that it makes it easier to speed without knowing it. Please watch your speed. Many people are having their cars towed for stunt driving. It is very costly so be careful out there. If you do get a speeding ticket please give us a call.

NEW ONTARIO DRIVING LAWS FOR DISTRACTED DRIVING COMMENCING JANUARY 2019. * First Offence- 3 Day suspension and $1000.00 fine * Second- 7 day suspension and $2000.00 fine * Third- 30 days suspension and $3000.00 fine as well as 6 demerit points.
