Christine Richards
Owner and founder of Heaven Scent and the Canadian Institute of Alternative Medicine; Christine Richards attained her Doctorate in Alternative Medicine, MD (MA) in Sri Lanka and now practices in Canada. One of only a few Canadian graduates of the Essential Oil Program at Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA. After practicing as a Acupuncturist, she attained her advanced certification in Canada and Doctorate in Acupuncture in 2002-3 and finally an international MD (MA) and DAc in 2004 while working in Columbo, Sri Lanka.
In 2005 she started working on a more cellular level with Darkfield Microscopy which she completed her Advanced training in during 2006. In 2007 she attained an international license as a Biofeedback Therapist.
She continued her studies in Germany on homeopathy, iridology, mistletoe therapy and other natural remedies. She is now working on a PhD in Auricular Acupuncture as practiced in Germany at this time.
Christine Richards is also a Certified Instructor/Practitioner, MIFHT, Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, Massage Practitioner, Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner. She is a recognized instructor and a leader in the Canadian field of Aromatic Medicine and Acupuncture. She has trained and gained her advanced certification in Cosmetic Acupuncture (non surgical face lifts) with advanced acupuncture in 2007. This technique is commonly referred to as Facial Rejuvenation.
As of July 2009 Christine Richards became a Certified Colon Therapist in Ontario to assist in the many cases of IBS and colon congestion that were presenting at the clinic. Ms. Richards took a sabbatical from continuing courses to care for her beloved Siamese cat, Kiko, until his passing in Nov 2010.
In January 2011 Ms. Richards went back to McMaster University for another post graduate degree in NeuroFunctional Acupuncture. This technique puts her into the top 3 percentile of her profession here in Canada.
At the current time, Ms. Richards is completing a degree in Biological Medicine through the Paraclesus clinic in Switzerland and has attained this designation as of February of 2013.
In Dec 2013 Ms. Richards applied for grandfathering into the new College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She successfully passed all three exams and has been granted her license for TCM and Acupuncture in Ontario.
She carries on a very busy practice, with a specialty in chronic degenerative disorders like cancer, MS, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, blood disorders as well as fertility for men and women's and Quantum Medicine (QXCI & Indigo). Her latest venture has taken her into emotional testing and remedies as well as preventative care for children and adults. Her love of technology brings her in contact with the latest methods and software for detecting imbalances in the body.
As of 2007 this clinic has been recognized by Metagenics as a "Clinic of Excellence" and was the only clinic in London to have attained this designation. Ms. Richards continues her studies in functional medicine by participating in several courses a year.
After attending the Quantum Alliance Conference in California 2014, Ms. Richards is now practicing LED Light Therapy, Iridology and HydraFacial MD treatments. She is always trying to stay abreast of new technologies to help patients in need and in pain.
She continues to teach and instruct the certification courses as well as workshops for Heaven Scent and CIAM, private, corporate businesses and other schools. She is also a regular guest on Roger's Daytime television and local radio shows.
Lilii Keough
One of our hardest working therapists, Lilii will put you are ease as soon as you walk In the door of Heaven Scent. Her knowledge of new age products and therapies will help you to decide which way our customers will go.
Lilii is our special events planner and coordinator. She is one of our main instructors for workshops that we run during the warm months in our garden.
Lilii performs ear candling treatments, detox treatments, nutritional coaching for our Ideal Protein and makes aromatherapy blends for customers. An all rounded therapist who can assist and guide our customers and clients through all of the myriad of treatments offered at our clinic, store and spa.
Kim Taylor, R.M.T.
Kim joins us from Wyoming, Ontario, where she held a long-time practice of massage therapy and yoga instruction. Skilled in massage treatments such as Deep Tissue massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, Hot Stone massage, Thai yoga massage & more, Kim’s personal attention to each individual’s physical and emotional needs keeps her in demand at our clinic.
Adelia Rodrigues, Aromatherapist

Nefa Jebrin, Hypnotherapist
Nefa is a certified Master Hypnotist, certified and specializing in 5PATH hypnotherapy. She studied under Cal Banyan in Tustin, CA and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, a certified 7PATH Self Hypnosis teacher, Access Consciousness BARS Facilitator and body process energy healer.
Rosina Barley, Energy Practitioner & Tarot/Angel Card Reader
A talented medium, Rosina has always had the gift of Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience and Precognition.
