5 Day Module

Module 1 - Natural Ingredients and Aromatherapy Facials
Covers the skin and its functions from a holistic perspective. Identify different skin types and conditions. Skin care, temperature, healing and procedures through the use of essential oils. learn how to use and blend 100% pure, natural ingredients to make scrubs, masks, toners and cleansers with ease. application of several different types of scrubs and masks will be done as the practical.

Module 2 - Mud Treatments and Thalassotherapy

These are treatments that we take from the sea to heal and rejuvenate. In-depth stud of the benefits of algae, sea salts, seaweed and different types of mud - their properties and beneficial uses in skin and body care treatments. Practical hands on applications of wraps, salt scrubs and body polishes.

Module 3 - Hydrotherapies

The effects of hot and cold water and their uses. methods of application, responses and contra-indications. this module will look at sauna, steam cabinets, frictions, underwater massages, Vichy showers, effusions and scotch hoses. Practical will includes herbal and aromatic body wrap.

Module 4 - Cellulite Treatments and Business Practices

Study the cause and effect of poor lymphatic drainage and how it manifests in the physical. Essential oils, spa treatments, holistic management, supplements, herbs and other body treatments for detoxification. Study intensive essential oil treatments and dietary plans. Business will encompass the different types of spas, and the ethical/legal issues.

Module 5 - Holistic Manicures and Pedicures

Promotes the use of safe, non-toxic ingredients for each and every customized treatments. Identify toxic or harmful ingredients. How to create and personalize every clients treatments. The basics of ever procedure will be covered in class.
