Shipping:
Shipping is included within Canada (some exclusions to remote areas) on any orders placed online of $100 or more before tax (NOT INCLUDING FURNITURE, GLIDER ROCKERS, MATTRESSES AND OVERSIZE ITEMS, SEE BELOW FOR FURNITURE SHIPPING TERMS). Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or FedEx. Orders placed online under $100 before tax will be subject to a $20 shipping and handling fee.
In order to offer shipping included, we regret that we can not ship to certain northern or remote areas due to higher shipping costs including:

Children’s Furniture Gallery reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
Order Time:
In stock orders generally ship in 1-3 business days; should an item be temporarily out of stock you will be notified by telephone or email as to the order time.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time will vary by location and generally arrive in 1-14 business days from the shipping date.
Returns:
Special Order items and Car Seats are final sale and NOT returnable under any circumstance. Any other unused item may be returned in the original packaging, in resalable condition with all original documents, parts and accessories included within 14 days of receiving the item. A refund will be issued for the purchase price less all shipping and handling costs. Returns may be made in person to our store or by mail. You are responsible for shipping charges on mailed returns.
Before returning any merchandise, please call 519-649-2590 or email sales@childrensfurnituregallery.com for a Return Authorization Number. A copy of your invoice and a return authorization number is required for all returns.

SHIPPING TERMS FOR GLIDER ROCKERS, FURNITURE, MATTRESSES, AND OVERSIZED ITEMS
Shipping:
Due to the size and weight of the furniture, we only offer delivery within a limited area of South Western Ontario. To ensure excellent care and service the furniture is delivered in our truck by our employees. In addition to furniture, glider rockers, and mattresses other items that are too large to be shipped through Canada Post will only qualify for regional delivery. Please call or email for delivery area and pricing.
Order Time:
Most of our furniture is made when we order it from Canadian manufacturers. This allows you to select from a range of furniture pieces, finishes, and knobs. Order time does vary depending on the manufacturer and can take approximately 4-12 weeks. Additional order time of 2-3 weeks may be required due to factory shutdowns in the summer and at Christmas time. Please call or email if you would like the current order time for a specific item or manufacturer.
Shipping Time:
Once your order arrives at our location it will be inspected. We will then contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Returns:
Special Order items are FINAL SALE.
