Make sure you talk right with your customer, I called in Monday to book for an appointment to install a hitch for my car and I was told that the parts is available and I am booked for Thursday afternoon, I called again to inform that I am now going to the shop to have the part installed but I was told that there is no appointment for me. It was frustrating because I applied for halfday at work to have this done and they gave me a different date without any reason why I was not booked in. I even ask for what details do you need for the appointment and was told that "No need, you are booked, just drop by your car".

I had a trailer hitch and wiring installation done on my SUV about 4 years ago. Installation is one thing but after service support is the most important. I recently had an issue with my vehicle wiring where I had no power to my trailer. I took the vehicle in this week and the team was able to troubleshoot and fix this problem quickly and was honest about a part issue and there was no cost for this. This is great customer service. Thank you Kevin for organizing this and thanks to the entire team. Great service!!

My Fifth Wheel hitch was installed by top notch technicians. No mess and no metal shavings. My truck was treated like it was one of their own. We had a bit of an issue waiting for my OEM part as it was delayed 2 or 3 weeks. But Daniel kept me in the loop and was very professional in dealing with the delay. Once the part arrived I was notified right away and I was in the shop the next day. Now that's service!! I will definitely recommend your shop to others and I will certainly be back. Thanks guys!! I had wanted to install a hitch on my vehicle. Did some research on my own so that I would know what to expect. I also checked out various pricing for ordering on line and having someone else install it. Then I decided to check out local businesses. I called the Trailer Hitch Center first for info. I went in, the cost to buy and install was around the same as ordering it on-line alone. Bonus! I paid for the hitch/installation and had it installed 2 days later. I only had to wait about an hour. Staff were nice and knowledge. I would recommend them.

Service was above and beyond, Lyle and his staff John, Mike and Daniel were top shelf. They rebuilt my used Blue Ox Tow Bar system, custom fit and installed mud flap on my Winnebago, installed base plate and brake buddy on my Jeep Cherokee along with the wiring. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and quality of the work was astounding. What an absolute fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Trailer Hitch Center to everyone I meet and all my friends. It is really refreshing to deal with a company who actually care about customer service and happiness !

Was very shocked to see that none of the people working there were wearing any type of mask/ shield etc. Not one of them when I was leaving. When I went in the person who served me had a mask. If I would have known I would have left and not sat there around the corner. Bad feeling about my hitch before I even looked at it. Come on guys you can do much better to serve your customers.

WOW! I cant say enough how great full I am for these amazing people. I am from Alberta, came down to London and bought a trailer, I unfortunately bought a weight distribution hitch from another company when i went back to get it installed they were closed for the Christmas holidays. I called Trailer Hitch Centres and they got me in right away, they had to reconfigure the tongue of the trailer in order for the weight distribution hitch to work, they did it at a amazing price and I'm on my way back to Alberta for Christmas....

I had a hitch installed on my 2019 Kia Sorento. Since I had asked to just wait for the vehicle, the staff got me in right away and the job was done quite quickly. As well, they took the time to modify the wiring fuse so I could access it from a panel inside the vehicle, instead of underneath and outside where the factory put it. I was impressed with the courteous, efficient and excellent service.

I am not a towing rookie but by no means am i a pro. Had a horrible experience with sway that almost caused me to retire. After speaking with Lyle I had the hitch adjusted and upgraded the weight distribution system. Service is always 100% here, no high pressure sales and after 2 trips my confidence has been restored. If you need products or just great advice I highly recommed you speak with Lyle or the rest of the team.

The day before I left on a fishing trip I found that my boat lites weren't working. Called around to 3 places in the morning to see if they could fix it that day. Turned down flat will all kinds of excuses. Called Trailer Hitch Centre and I was in that day and got it fixed. They know business and how to treat a customer who is in need of help. Keep up the good customer service!

This is my 3rd time going to the Trailer Hitch with different vehicles. This time, though I was initially very disappointed because the wrong size hitch was installed. When I called and returned it was made right, but not only that...the owner called me the next day to apologize and refunded my installation fee. I was really impressed with a small business that cares about their customers!!

Do not give this dog n pony show your money. I bought a bicycle rack and had it installed by these clowns. At the last minute they up sold me, it took forever to install, and it cost me twice as much as the exact same model currently offered by Canadian Tire. But the real reason I'm writing this is to warn you. After 2 years of not asking them for anything I began to experience problems with the unit. When I called I was told that I would have to pay for them to look at it. WTF? I immediately called Don at the Trailer Doctor (where I will now take all mine, and my friends business to) and he offered to fix me up for no charge.

Thank you for your excellent knowledge, service and caring attitude. Our trailer lights did not work on either of our cars. The dealership was of no help. Immediately on or arrival at London Trailer Hitch Centre, our vehicles were driven into the service area. Unbelievably, our vehicles were repaired and we were on our way in under 30 minutes. I was also shown how to repair the car in the future myself. I had promised an 8 yr. old I would take him fishing that afternoon. You saved the day. Thanks again.

Re: June 23, 10:30 am. Best customer service ever from the phone contact booking the appointment, to the front desk, and to the installation. I believe the installer was Justin. He went above and beyond, reloading our stuff in our vehicle following the hitch install. The install was much faster than quoted as well. Thank you! Great experience all round.
