In the early part of November I needed some minor repairs to my wooden yard fence. 3 in Total. Two of the repairs were corrected to my satisfaction. The third area that needed attention was somewhat of a challenge. At first look it appeared that the repairs were unable to be completed. However, the two men from Canadian Home Maintenance took a second look and the end result was the repairs were completed. Again to my very satisfaction. Overall I was very pleased with the work done on my fence by these two gentlemen. To top it off while I was settling the bill one of the gentlemen
finished up raking the leaves on my front lawn. Now that is Service with a Smile. Leon

Joe and Allan removed a living room/dining room carpet and underlay today and did an excellent job of clean up and disposal. This was the first time using Canada Home Maintenance and they did an absolutely terrific job. They were extremely professional and very friendly to boot. Had a under the counter water filter system installed in my kitchen. A day and half later I notice water on the floor in the utility room after a bit more investigating I found that the connection for the filtration system was not tight and water was slowly leaking under the kitchen cabinets down the basement wall and onto the utility room floor. After 3 hours of clean up after tightening the connection I call to inform of this issue and the answer I got is “ is ok now and thank you for letting us know”?
No “apology”, no “let us make this mistake right” nothing, would not recommend using this place.

Had Joe and his crew take care of quite a few things in my home - scrapping stucco off ceiling, painting ceiling , stretch carpet in one room, replace a tap on a sink and cleaning and repair of eavestroughs - everyone of his crew did an excellent job..thorough work and cleaning up afterwards.
