Tom was great until he wasn't, he was willing to help me and do whatever it takes until he decided he didn't care anymore. I missed a handful of appointments because I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and have 6 kids to provide for and he sent me an email saying he's refusing to help me and he no longer cares what happens to my file or my bankruptcy because of it. Coincidentally, this was shortly after I made my last payment to them for my bankruptcy. I have tried calling over 50 times since then and they are screening and declining my calls, but at least they got all $900+ out of me before giving up on me.
