All our classes are trauma sensitive in environment. If you have any requests in regards to this please ask.

Monday to Friday 4pm -5 pm
Saturday 12pm-1pm & 2pm-3pm
5 class pass per person $60.00
Private Classes available

Yoga for Fertility - Wednesdays 7 pm - 8 pm
* 10 sessions $150 + HST
