If we don't know the answer to a question about one of our products, we'll find it! We're also not afraid to give opinions. That's why many people buy from us rather than a Big Box retailer who’s just trying to unload as many products as fast as possible. We also do NOT allow distributor or manufacturer discounts to sway our product recommendations. When we say we like a hammock, swing, stand or accessory... we really like it! Shipping

We deliver our products FAST and efficiently. Most products are at your house within a week of your order. Many show up overnight as we ship with FedEx whenever we can.

Pricing

We believe in offering our customers fair and equitable pricing right from the start. Some of our competitors offer inferior materials or inflate their prices so they can promote sales to give the impression they are offing a "deal". This is misleading and unethical in our opinion and is not something we believe in.

Others offer hammocks and related products that appear similar to our products but are inferior in design, construction or appearance. Some sell hammocks in limited or last season’s colours that have been manufactured with end of line materials. We are also the only Canadian online retailer selling Hatteras Hammocks. When see the Hatteras logo on your hammock you know you have the best of the best.
