 A Nightmare Experience - Avoid this Tow Truck Shop! I had the misfortune of dealing with James Patrick Towing in January 2023 when attempting to purchase a car from them, and I must say that it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I initially thought I had stumbled upon a good deal when I found a car listed for sale at by James Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a seven-month-long ordeal that left me frustrated, stressed, and without a car or a refund. I demanded a refund multiple times, only to be met with more excuses and evasion tactics. It became clear to me that company had no intention of fulfilling their end of the deal. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity displayed by these guys is astounding. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction, their failure to deliver a product I had already paid for, and their refusal to issue a refund after seven months of waiting is unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone reading this review to stay far away from James Patrick Towing. Save yourself the headache, stress, and financial loss that I experienced. There are countless other reputable shops out there that value their customers and uphold their promises. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I hope no one else has to endure such a horrendous ordeal.
