At London Shido-kan Karate Dojo our mission is to encourage cooperation and friendship through the practice of Traditional Okinawan Shorin-ryu karate for people of all ages. Friendship and cooperation is an integral part of our curriculum in that we practice many partner and group drills. This kind of philosophy should carry over into our daily lives in our interaction with others.

We also have a strong fitness component incorporated in our programs to help participants reach individual goals and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

At London Shido-kan we have had the pleasure of watching young people grow up into healthy adults -many of whom still practice karate and even teach.
