No courtesy for my 100 thousand dollar truck. Scratched dash, lost a clip for mirror cover, rubber on side of windshield flapping against side of truck and black urethane everywhere. No impressed at all.

Unfriendly, poor communication and unprofessionel owner. He lying to people, first told me you have to wait 3 hours to done your car but unfortunately I stayed only 1 hour when I asked the technician he said It will be done in 5 min. Secondly, I noticed all customers were there paid cash and they didn't pay GST/HST. I asked him why others paid cash, he had no answer. So there is a discrimination between customers in this company. Finaly, he offered some services to others like car wash after 3 days, warranty for 3 months and discounts and he did not tell me about any services offered by the company. I dont recommand this kind of not organized/ untruthful company ??????
Priced out a windshield at 4 different places, and all were $400 + before taxes . LPAG was easily the cheapest by a lot Great, friendly service . Even with price of gas . Worth coming to london .

We had LPAG come to our home two years ago to replace our van windshield. I am there today to replace the windshield in my Nissan. They do great work at even greater prices. I am very pleased with them.

Friendly, able to fit me in wthin 24 hrs., totaly able to deal with new technology (resetting sensors) Courteous staff. Would highly recommend to anyone. We usually go though several windshields with all our vehicles, NOW we have finally found someone competant.
Very cheap replacement, but not on the service. The guys went out of their way to ensure the windshield was installed properly despite a few obstacles that they had to deal with. Highly reccomend them.

A few weeks ago I put a poor comment about them about being over charged. Since then they contacted me and said they did make a mistake and refunded the amount. They did do an excellent job and I will recommend them to others.
Friendly and efficient. Booked two days earlier to make sure they had the windshield in stock. Brought my Toyota in two days later and the people were super friendly and efficient. They said to leave the car for 2 hours and they were done in about an hour and a half. Would highly recommend this business for glass replacement. Great price.

Isaac was an asset to our building. Our garage was broken into and 32 cars had their windows destroyed. On the holiday weekend he went to Toronto to get the glass for our cars. He came to the building to do the repairs. AMAZING!! He was a polite, attentive and helpful. His price was so much better than any other dealer - by a long shot. I would highly recommend him for his good work and excellent price.
