 Very helpful, they have the hard to find parts for hot tub. My hot tub froze and they had all the parts in stock that I needed fix it. Only thing to note they don't have a retail store, the location in London is a shipping warehouse were you can buy parts in person, the staff there is very knowledgable friendly.
