We all wear many hats. My “sorting hat” is the hat I wear when I want to align with the flow of organizing and attune to what might be blocking a client’s path to feeling free and at peace in their space and making them feel “stuck”. Together, we unpack what is holding them in the past, confront fears and anxieties about the future, and choose which items to keep and which to let go.
 
I have studied and worked with trauma and its effects on the mind and body, and how it manifests in our outside environment. In my professional experience, I recognize a significant link between chronic disorganization and trauma. By organizing and making sense of our outside environment, we can make powerful shifts to our inside environment, and vice versa.
 
Starting Sorting Hat Professional Organizing Solutions is my way of bridging the gap between professional organizer and therapist. I take a holistic approach with my clients to understand how disorganization impacts their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. My goal is to help my clients live fully in the present, and maintain a peaceful home that reflects their values, goals, and passions.
