Cardio. Drill classes. 1 instructor. These are the 3 reasons I changed gyms and started attending The Submission Academy. Being a serious practicioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I was on the lookout for a school that offered more than just classes. I wanted to be amongst a group of people that paid close attention to their training and desired to be the best in their class. Between our drill classes and cardio workouts at the start of each class, my skill has dramatically improved over the past 12 months as I approach the Blue Belt level. But most importantly, having 1 instructor has maintained my focus, my motivation and my technique.

As a member for over a year now I can confidently say this is not just a place to train but a second home, They do not treat you as a customer they treat you like you're apart of their family. Fun, and welcoming. Steve Poulin will push you to limits you never thought possible and embrace you when you reach it. Best place to train in London.

I am a member at this club and it is the BEST place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in London!!! if you are looking to get in shape and learn self defence try them out. The atmosphere is awesome and the instructor is top notch.
