I've been working on reproducing my favourite baseball cap, which has been proving to be somewhat difficult. Wendy has been the most helpful, providing me with good, honest advice and has been willing to work with me along the way. I haven't found a solution yet, but this customer service has been tops! I know that if I can find a solution, it will be with Van Luyk, and with service like this, I'm willing to bet that the product will also be tops! Thanks a lot :)

I absolutely love this place. Not only is the customer service to die for but they are quick and accurate. Prices are great. You can guarantee that you will not be able to leave that place without having a good laugh due to the customer service but you will also leave very happy and satisfied!!!! Best embroidery place I have seen and with 2 boys in hockey, I have been to MANY embroidery places and this place beats all by far!!!!!
