The Village Wine Cellar (formerly Holidays Winery) is a full-service winery where customers can experience the art of wine making in their own backyard. It's fun, easy and takes very little time. Best of all, the price is a fraction of the cost to similar wines you would buy at traditional wine stores.  We are located in the beautiful village of Lambeth, in the southwest end of London, Ontario and are conveniently located to Highway 401 and 402, which are both only minutes away.

When you come into the store, our staff will assist you in selecting a wine that best suits your taste as well as your budget. If you already have a wine variety in mind, we have several options to choose from in both standard (4 week) and premium wine varieties (6 weeks).

We offer a wide range of grape varieties for the wine enthusiast. Feel free to browse our Wine Menu and choose from our wide selection of Red, White, Blush/Rose and Fruit wines.

Once you’ve chosen your wine style with us, you add the yeast to start the fermentation and we’ll do the rest!

We will call you in 4 or 6 weeks, depending on what kind you order, and book you in for a bottling appointment at a time that works best for you. Depending on the variety of wine you choose, most wines will benefit from 3 to 4 months of aging prior to consumption. However, a number of wines are delicious the day of bottling but will certainly benefit from some maturation.


Our specialty is the creation of high-end, enjoyable wines, suited to the individual tastes of each of our customers. If for any reason you find the wine you have purchased does not satisfy you, simply return it to the store with proof of purchase (and all included materials) and we will be happy to replace the product
